This historic manor was built to accommodate guests on their way to Liverpool it operated on the old stage coach road running along the South Sea Shore. Over the years nearly every important dignitary, politician and businessmen, including Prime Minister Mackenzie King stayed as guests on their way to Liverpool as they conducted Canada's business. More recently owned by movie actor John Finn, before the present owners purchased the manor and restored it to make it available as a vacation home.
This is a rare find and a must stay home to live out your vacation dream with your family.
Its beauty unfolds as you approach the house up a tree lined lane to find the house set high up with dazzling views over-looking the sea and surrounded by lawns and woodland. Here you can safely let your family run and play, or sit quietly and read forgetting the distractions of today's hectic world; just the sound of birds and chipmunks squabbling over a bit of an acorn that you heard fall from the trees. Or walk to your piece of private coast line for a perfect unwinding experience.
